with the next generation of workers through internships and job shadowing, helping students gain
hands-on experience while benefiting businesses with fresh perspectives and potential future hires.
These experiences provide students with valuable skills, networking opportunities, and industry
insights that can shape their careers. Businesses can structure internships (4-8 weeks) or job
shadowing (1 day to a week) to fit their needs while contributing to workforce development. If your
